1. Voucher Issuance Time
The voucher will be created by our support staff approximately 5–10 hours before your flight departure time. Issuing the voucher close to the usage time helps provide greater convenience in case of flight schedule changes, information adjustments, or any issues requiring support.
2. Error Reporting Period
If the voucher has an issue when being scanned at the lounge reception counter, customers must contact Nàng Thử & Thích immediately via hotline or Zalo support at the time the issue occurs for timely assistance.
Cases reported more than 1 day after receiving the voucher may not be eligible for refund or exchange support from the provider.
To receive support, customers need to provide relevant information, images, or proof showing that the voucher encountered an error when scanned at the lounge reception counter.
3. Customer Information
Customers are kindly requested to provide accurate information according to their flight ticket, including full name, phone number, email, flight date, airport, and flight type. This information will be used to recommend a suitable lounge from the applicable list. Nàng Thử & Thích is not responsible if the voucher cannot be used due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Lounge Usage Time
The average lounge usage time is 2–3 hours, depending on the policy of each lounge. If customers exceed the allowed usage time, any additional fees, if applicable, will be charged directly according to the individual policy of each lounge.
5. Refund / Voucher Exchange Policy
Voucher exchange or refund requests due to reported issues must be submitted within 1 day from the time the voucher is received so that Nàng Thử & Thích can assist with checking, processing, or exchanging the voucher, or issuing a refund if the issue is not caused by the customer.
Refunds or voucher exchanges will be reviewed based on the actual situation, supporting evidence, and the support policy of the provider at the time of handling.
